Kindly ensure you receive an advance payment receipt once the transaction is confirmed.
An advance payment of 50% of the total reservation amount is required to secure your booking.
In the event that you need to cancel your reservation, the refund will be processed based on the following criteria:
Cancellation within 48 hours of the Check-in date: 50% of the advance amount will be refunded.
Cancellation more than 7 days before the Check-in date: 80% of the advance amount will be refunded.
Refunds will only be processed during office hours, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
